Home of the ufo layout boat. waterfowl works llc has been building layout boats professionally for 15 years. we have several model layout boats to choose.. I built the 2 man version about 4 years ago. the are good plans and the templates are for the most part spot on. one guy can do all the material cuts in about 5 hours. now here are my recommendations for this project. this is a glass over wood boat, so it is heavy. i see the website says 225lbs for the 2 man i would say that is on the light side..
